These are made from vintage hand-embroidered and woven huipil shirts, one of a kind, made in very small batches. This is one of a kind and will not be re-made. Do not pull threads or snags, only trim. Treat with care!

From the Sierra Collection, this Sierra Barefoot fringe crossbody bag is made with a vintage piece of huipil embroidery and genuine hair on hide, lined with southwestern themed woven fabric made by an intricate hand-woven Ikat dying system. This hand-embroidery/weaving takes months to finish, a tradition passed down from generations. Read more on our process page here.

Bag measures 14”x14”. Inside has 3 pockets and one outside back pocket.

Comes with detachable crossbody strap 37”.

We use natural high grade genuine leather with natural texture. Bumps and scratches are expected and celebrated. Treat with care and enjoy for years to come. Gets better with age!
