This backpack is made with a sturdy soft tempered vintage style hide and has a top zipper closure. We use full grain leather, the highest quality of leather. Natural markings from the cow will show and create character. Scratches and bumps will vary and change over time from natural oils in the environment. You may also use leather oil products. ** Hides are mostly black and white speckles right now like top picture. We use und-dyed hair on hides, meaning each piece will be different and unique.

We use all natural untreated leather hides that will vary in color and texture from bag to bag. Scratches and bumps in the leather are expected and celebrated. All belt straps are new or hand-picked used, sanded and re-oiled for a distressed vintage look.
